Botanic Name: Columbia livia

Status: Introduced when HMS Sirius was wrecked on the reef at Kingston in 1790; believed to have been brought from South America when Sirius called at Rio de Janiero when the First Fleet was en route to the Colony of New South Wales in 1788.
